It is past time to short Chicago. I have a very sick feeling that the US Taxpayers will be bailing out the Chicago Teachers Pension Fund. I do not know how the union members can look at themselves in the mirror.
Where are the parents and where are the voters?
I think they voted the guy in as mayor.
